Sharon Conner, District Manager/ Conservation Specialist
Sharon has been working in the conservation field for 10 years, and has been with H-C SWCD for 7 years. She oversees and manages all BMP cost-share and education programs as well as the finances of the District. |

Ann Edmonds, Administrative Assistant Ann has been with the District for 4 years, and brings a broad background in Industrial & Retail Administration. She keeps day to day operation of the District going, managing its administrative needs. |

Marian Moody, Conservation Specialist Marian is an active dairy farmer and joined the H-C SWCD team in 2001. Her focus is the BMP cost-share program, and she takes the lead on the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistant Department programs. |

Jim Tate, Conservation Specialist Jim is the owner and operator of Pipe Dream Farm, a beef production operation. His background is in dairy marketing and industrial sales. As a Conservation Specialist, Jim focuses on the BMP cost-share program, especially engineering designs and grazing management practices. |

Rebecca Jones, Education and Public Relations Specialist
Rebecca specializes in coordinating the educational programs at the District for youth as well as adults. Her background has been primarily in youth outdoor, environmental and wildlife education. |
